I loved the absolutely incredible location and the staff was reasonably good. The food at the American breakfast was exceptional. My room was outstanding and outstanding. Tidy and serene hotel in Lake Buena Vista district.

The hotel was well-maintained, the staff was genuinely friendly, really comfortable experience overall. Silent room and perfect view. Venue's location was practical. The restaurant was nice, I ordered wonderful dishes. Hotel was fairly clean and the service was fantastic.

Tidy hotel with a good lobby. Big bedroom with a large bathroom. Staff were ready to help and the service was amazing. Also, Disney Springs Shopping Complex was 2 miles away from the venue.

Accommodating staff & NICE hotel. We enjoyed the way our queen room was. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Chevys Fresh Mex that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
